So, How's YOUR Week Going?
Our week has sucked rather royally so far. Instead of getting better, it took a turn for the worst last night.
Two days ago:
A feverish Caleb. The fever rages on today, my friends.
An exceptionally grumpy little man. Although he seems to be only marginally ill, his spirits are suffering most noticeably.
Today, we've added to our ranks of the ill:
Observe a very sad Aidan, after a night of vomiting. Note the plastic container at the ready.
Isn't he cute, though? Even with the faint scent of spew emanating from him? Gently wafting to my easily-offended nostrils?
So, how are you?

I think Caleb's faking it! He just looks a little too chipper...like when you are trying to convince your mom that you are sick so you can skip school, then she says ok, and you get this enormous feeling of "Hah! Got one over on her!" rofl!
That little Liam...I just want to cuddle him all day!
And Aidan...poor little boy! Glad he felt a bit chipper though...hope it lasted a while!

And how are you feeling now? Or did you almost have to forget that you are sick too in order to care for your little ones?

I spent my night the same way as you...sleeping in the top bunk of my 6 year old's bed getting 10 minutes of sleep an hour in between cleaning up vomit, carrying him top the bathroom and changing soiled clothes and sheets. I am dilerious today; as it is the fourth day of this in my house (also and 8 and 3 year old) and hubby has been traveling all week. He did call last night from what sounded like an entertaining mexican restaurant (with clients you know) to give his condolences -whooppee.

I wish I looked that gorgeous when I am sick.. I'm in the throes of an ugly cold right now, and I look more like the Cryptkeeper.

jennboree, I'm still sick; in fact, feeling rather worse. But it's hard to concentrate on that with three sick kiddos.
Aidan, incidentally, has fared very well today...he ate snacks and then supper and it's all remained inside, so far!
Must be something in the water, as I have read a few blogs where the family has been sick in various ways. Vomiting kiddlies are never fun. Poor things. Hope everyone recovers asap. Take care, Meow
